In recent times Indian pharmaceutical industry manufacturing standards have attained international levels.The audit %26amp; approval by international auditing agencies is now mandatory for any drug manufacturer exporting drugs from India. The increased awareness of adopting good manufacturing practices has initiated use of systems that assist in maintaining clean room environment for manufacturing. Door Interlock system is one such system, which on request allows opening of one door at one time in the Airlock / respective Change Room. The system prevents the simultaneous opening of any other door in the airlock / change room. The system thus minimizes microbiological and particulate contamination and also aids in maintenance of airflow and pressurization in the airlock / change room.
